RESOLUTION NO 672
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, FIXING
THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD ON THE VACATION
OF A STREET.
WHEREAS, Mr. Gerald E. Schneider has petitioned the City for
the vacation of a portion of street at old 65th Avenue South and Southcenter
Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79.010, the legislative
authority by resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 19th day of
March 1979, to hear the petition on the vacation of a portion
of street located at old 65th Avenue South and Southcenter Boulevard requested
by Mr. Gerald E. Schneider.

at a regular meeting thereof this 1979.

TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON.
Come now the undersigned petitioners and, pursuant to RCW Chapter 35.79,
respectfully show:
The undersigned petitioners request that the following described portion
of MacAdam Road in the City of Tukwila be vacated pursuant to RCW
Chapter 35.79: (describe portion).
Approximately 70 feet of MacAdam Road at the intersection of MacAdam Road and
Southcenter Blvd. (See attached sketch.)

Each of the undersigned petitioners is the owner of an interest in real
estate abutting on the above described portion.

The undersigned petitioners have submitted the required $150 fee for the above
described street vacation request pursuant to Ordinance #1006 of the City of
Tukwila.

The undersigned petitioners constitute more than two thirds of the owners
of said abutting property.
WHEREFORE, peitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the vacation

RCW Chapter 35.79.
