RESOLUTION NO. 673
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO PURSUE THE TAKE-
OVER OF INTERURBAN AVENUE FROM THE STATE OF WASH-
INGTON.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City would like to assume jurisdiction
over State Route No. 181 for that portion north of Inter-
state Highway 405 lying within the Tukwila City limits.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to pursue the intro-
duction of a bill to the State Legislature amendinn RCW 47.17.370
to accomplish the above.
PASS BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASH-
INGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this day of
