A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS
SUBMITTED FOR THE TUKWILA LIBRARY, MINKLER
SHOPS AND MISCELLANEOUS EXTERIOR PAINTING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were solicited for the Tukwila Library, Minkler Shops
and Miscellaneous Exterior Painting Projects; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened and read aloud by the City Clerk on May 17, 2002;
and
WHEREAS, a budget was set aside for painting of various facilities; and
WHEREAS, all responsive bids were over the amount for which was budgeted;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
All bids are hereby rejected due to budget limitations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a Regular Meeting thereof this /7 day of 2002.
