Mullet. ROLL CALL: Calling the roll of Council was Bob Baker, Deputy City Clerk. Present were Council President Richard Simpson; and Councilmembers Joe Duffle, Joan Hernandez; Pam Carter; Jim Haggerton; Pamela Linder, and Dave Fenton. OFFICIALS: Steven M. Mullet, Mayor; John McFarland, Assistant City Administrator; Lucy Lauterbach, Legislative Analyst; Bruce Fletcher, Parks and Recreation Director; Bob Baker, Deputy City Clerk and Steve Lancaster, Director of Community Development. CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Vouchers #237550 237551, in the amount of $324.797.72 DUFFIE MOVED; HERNANDEZ SECONDED; APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA AS PRESENTED. The motion carried 7 -0. OLD BUSINESS: Authorize Mayor to sign an agreement with Berger Partnership in the amount of $41,235.00 for the Foster Golf Links course renovation work. CARTER MOVED; SIMPSON SECONDED; TO AUTHORIZE MAYOR MULLET TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BERGER PARTNERSHIP, IN THE AMOUNT OF $41,235.00, FOR THE FOSTER GOLF LINKS COURSE RENOVATION WORK.* Discussion: Bruce Fletcher, Parks and Recreation Director, reported the completion of a draft contract with the Berger Partnership for the Foster Golf Links course renovation work. The scope of work includes design development, construction documents, bid and construction administration and consultant services. The golf course work will include renovations for holes #1, #2, #8 and #9 as well as the putting green. The landscape architecture is included with the new clubhouse project and the Berger Partnership will be working with Tukwila's clubhouse architect, David A.
