A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING
A LAND USE FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, Tukwila's land use fees have remained largely unchanged since
1995, and
WHEREAS, Tukwila's fees are significantly lower than the average of
neighboring jurisdictions, and
WHEREAS, the City needs to recoup a greater percentage of the cost of
processing land use permits, and
WHEREAS, adopting the fees in a separate document will allow them to be more
easily updated in the future,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Land use fees will be charged according to the following schedule.
