A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A RIGHT
OF -WAY USE FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, Tukwila's right -of -way use fees have remained largely unchanged
since 1969; and
WHEREAS, Tukwila's fees are significantly lower than the average of
neighboring jurisdictions; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to recoup a greater percentage of the cost of
processing right -of -way use permits; and
WHEREAS, adopting the fees in a separate document will allow them to be more
easily updated in the future;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES RIGHT -OF -WAY USE FEES WILL BE
CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:

3) Pavement Mitigation
