A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1480, ADDING
THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE
SUPPORT TECHNICIAN TO THE NON
REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES' COMPENSATION
PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has adopted the non represented
employees' compensation plan; and
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has approved the position description and
the Decision Band Method placement on the salary schedule for the Administrative
Support Technician position;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendment is hereby adopted for the non represented
employees' compensation plan, effective May 20, 2002 (the original plan was approved
effective January 1, 2002):
The Non- represented Salary Schedule, Attachment "A as amended, which shows the
addition of the Administrative Support Technician and Decision Band Method
placement. The monthly salary schedule shall remain the same.

at a Regular Meeting thereof this 3itd, day of 2002.
