THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a portion of the Comprehensive Drainage
Plan as adopted by Ordinance No. 543 on March 17, 1969, a copy of
which was recorded under King County Auditor's Receiving No. 6486097
be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars:
(a) That the 60 -inch storm drain on the East side of
Andover Park West from South 180th Street to Minkler Boulevard
be omitted.
(b) That the 54 -inch storm drain on the North side of
South 180th Street from Southcenter Parkway to Andover Park Pest
be omitted.
(c) That there be added a storm drainage lift station
in the vicinity of South 180th Street and Southcenter Parkway.
(d) That the size of the storm drainage pressure line
between the "South Canyon" drainage system and the existing State
Highway Department pressure line be established at 48 inches in
diameter.
Section 2. That the changes above described are set forth
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
and are designated "Revision No. 4."
Section 3. That Exh'bit A, as amended by Revision No. 4,
designated thereon, is hereby declared to be and is adopted as the
Comprehensive Drainage Plan for the area designated in Exhibit A.
Section 4. That a copy of this Ordinance shall be filed
by the City Clerk with the King County Recorder, to be recorded
