A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REJECTING ALL BIDS
SUBMITTED FOR THE CASCADE VIEW PARK
CONSTRUCTION AND 37TH AVENUE SOUTH STREET
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were solicited for the project; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened and read aloud by the City Clerk on August 9,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a budget was set aside for the construction of the Park and half street
improvements, and
WHEREAS, all responsive bids were over the budgeted amount for construction
of the park and half street improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
All bids are hereby rejected due to budget limitations
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Ol; THE CIT OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a Regular Meeting thereof this T day of 2002.
