NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on
Monday, July 22, 2013 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila City Hall,
6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA to consider the following:
The City is holding a public hearing to consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of
Tukwila, Washington establishing a 6-Month moratorium on the establishment, location,
operation, licensing, maintenance or continuation of marijuana producers, processors, and
retailers as regulated pursuant to Washington State initiative 502; providing for severability
and establishing an effective date. A work plan and findings of findings of fact will be
established.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or
opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony
to the City Clerk’s office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible. The City strives to accommodate people
