ORDINANCE NO. 932 9J4
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONE
ON SECONDARY STATE HIGHWAY NO. 181 WITHIN
THE TUKWILA CITY LIMITS AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That a no parking zone be and the same is
hereby established on Secondary State Highway No. 181 within
the City limits of the City of Tukwila, from the South City
Limits, which is State Highway Milepost No. 9.24, North to
the intersection of South 126th Street, which is the North City
Limits of the City of Tukwila.
The City Council finds that an emergency exists
with regard to the passage of this ordinance and that it shall
be passed immediately and be published as required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting
thereof this /C day of 1975.
