No permit presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this code shall be valid. 9: There shall be no occupancy of the building(s) until the final inspection has been completed by the Tukwila Building Inspector. 10: Ventilation is required for all new rooms and spaces of new or existing buildings in conformance with the Uniform Building Code and the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Quality Code, Chapter 51 -13 WAC. 11: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * ** 12: ** *FIRE EXTINGUISHERS * ** - UFC Article 10 and NFPA 10. 13: Portable fire extinguishers shall be securely installed on the hanger or in the bracket supplied, placed in cabinets or wall recesses. The hanger or bracket shall be securely and properly anchored to the mounting surface in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The extinguisher shall be installed so that the top of the extinguisher is not more than 5 feet above the floor and the clearance between the bottom of the extinguisher and the floor shall not be less than 4 inches. 14: Extinguishers shall be located so as to be in plain view (if at all possible), or if not in plain view, they shall be identified with a sign stating, "Fire Extinguisher ", with an arrow pointing to the unit.
