ORDINANCE NO. 928
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING CONTRIBUTING TO
THE DELINQUENCY OR DEPENDENCY OF A MINOR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
It is unlawful for anyone by act or omission
knowingly to encourage, cause or contribute to the dependency
or delinquency of any child under the age of eighteen years.
Violators of the provisions of this Ordinance shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this oci day of 6, 1975.
