CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Immediately following COW Meeting
CALL TO ORDER:
Calling the meeting to order at 9:27 p.m. was Mayor Steven M. Mullet.
ROLL CALL:
Calling the roll of Council was Bob Baker, Deputy City Clerk. Present were Council President Jim
Haggerton; and Councilmembers Joe Duffle, Joan Hernandez, Pam Carter, Pamela Linder, Dennis
Robertson and Dave Fenton.
OFFICIALS:
Steven M. Mullet, Mayor; Rhonda Berry, City Administrator; Bob Baker, Deputy City Clerk; Rick Still,
Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation; and Mike Sweeney, Owner's Representative.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Approve Foster Golf Course emeroencv fuel tank removal and cleanup
Clerical note: This item was discussed earlier in the evening during a Committee of Whole meeting.
No additional discussion was held during this meeting.
ROBERTSON MOVED; DUFFIE SECONDED; TO AWARD A CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO
(02 -112) LANDAU ASSOCIATES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $47,250.00, (EXCLUDING
WASHINGTON STATE SALES TAX), FOR THE FOSTER GOLF COURSE EMERGENCY FUEL TANK
REMOVAL AND CLEANUP. The motion carried 7 -0.
FENTON MOVED; DUFFIE SECONDED; TO RECESS THE SPECIAL MEETING TO CONVENE
EXECUTIVE SESSION. The motion carried 7 -0.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Potential Litiaation Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(11(i) 15 minutes
9:29 p.m. Executive session began.
9:34 p.m. Executive session ended.
ADJOURNMENT:
9:34 p.m. DUFFIE MOVED; FENTON SECONDED; TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION,
RECONVENE AND ADJOURN THE SPECIAL MEETING. The motion carried 7 -0.
