This leaves 98,200 square feet of warehouse space. United Stationers has controlled all but Q d ' 18,000 square feet of this building until now. They have opted to take the last southern most 18,000 ;I: w square feet, (with 1,986 square feet of office space). The remaining 16,014 square feet will be used as z H additional warehouse space. Approximately 10,000 square feet of this additional warehouse space will i— O utilize selective pallet rack storage. The 6,000 square foot area left will be used for order staging on the w I-- floor level only. ? D V D United Stationers has been utilizing existing selective pallet rack in all other warehouse areas for many O N ' years. There is an existing sprinkler system in the building that has been functioning as the primary fire 0 H protection for United Stationer's tenure. This area is used to store a variety of office products. Lli U , The basic commodities to be stored in this new southern most rack area are the same office supplies that O have been stored in the existing larger warehouse area. Some of these items are copier toner, fax Z machines, copier paper, trashcans, chair mats, toilet paper, plastic cups, etc. None of these commodities U = comprise a dominant percentage of the storage in the rack. There are a large variety of products each of H { which use small areas of individual. storage. Z The sprinkler heads are at 26.5 feet off the deck. The top of the top load to be stored will be 23.17 feet, worst case. Most loads will be shorter. Most of the loads are packaged in corrugated boxes, staged on ' wood pallets and stretch wrapped. However, none of the pallet loads in the rack are encapsulated. At this point, we are hopeful that the existing sprinkler system will continue to act as sufficient fire protection for the new rack, (as it has for many years on the other side of the building).
