described site. The purpose of this study was to provide subsurface soil identification and z F
estimate depths to seasonal water tables in accordance with the King County Surface z o
Water Design Manual (1998). , g u
On June 11, 2002 I conducted a soils investigation and site inspection on the v O
subject property. The 1973 SCS King County Soil Survey which indicates the soil as � N
1 Unban Land. Soil logs wereperformed on the subject property. All soil logs were w w
generally stratified the same as follows: x 0
SL1: 0 -3.0' Brown Sitly Fine Sandy Loam ui z
3.0 -10.0' Black Sand I •
No evidence of a Water Table z
Base upon the soil test pits on the site, the site is adequate for an on -site
infiltration system in accordance with the requirements of the King County Surface Water
Design Manual (1998). Groundwater was not observed on the site at depths up to 10'
during the inspection. Evidence of a season ground water table was not observed within
10 feet of the existing ground surface. Estimated depth to water table is 10 feet.
We recommend that the roof downspouts of the future residences on the site be '
dischared to a "Dry Well" per the King County Surface Water Design Manual (1998). .
The conclusions and recommendations stated herein are opinions derived in
accordance with current standards-of practice. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
