THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS That Section 2.52.040, Paragraph (c) of tie Tukw—a Municipal Code be and it is hereby amended to read as follows (c) Annual leave shall accrue at the rate of six full days following the sixth month of continuous employment and after permanent status has been granteu, and an additional one day's annual leave shall accrue for each month of continuous employment thereafter After five years the employee shall be granted one day per year additional annual leave to a maximum of twenty days per year. All accrued annual leave be expended between anniversary dates. Annual .leave accrued from a previous anniversary date or from date of permanent employment to a succeeding annives a.ry date shall be utilized in the following year anc, not so used shall be forfeited.
