AN ORDINANCE ADOPTINC THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF TM CITY OF TUMILA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975. And declaring an emergency. Ordinance 911 was amended or repealed by the following ordinances. AMENDED BY: REPEALED BY: 937 939 942 948 955 re v CITY OF TUK WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 9:/ AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975. And declaring an emergency. WHEREAS, the Preliminary Budget of the City of Tukwila for the year 1975 was timely submitted to the City Council and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the proposed budget was duly advertised and held on December 2, 1974 and said hearing was concluded on Decembers, 1974 and, WHEREAS, pursuant to the hearing certain changes were made in the proposed budget, NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That the budget on file with the City Clerk entitled "City of Tukwila Budget 1975" be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth in accordance with RCW 35.33.075. SECTION 2. That the annual budget for the year 1975 and each and every item thereof as fixed and determined by the Preliminary Budget for the year 1975, as revised by the City Council, is adopted in its final form and content as the final budget for said year. SECTION 3.
