FOLLOWS:
ORDINANCE NO. 910
ORDINANCE AMENDING BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 830 BY
APPROPRIATING CASH FROM THE FIRE FIGHTING EQUIP-
MENT FUND TO THE BUDGET ACCOUNT FOR FIRE FIGHTING
EQUIPMENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS
That budget ordinance No. 830 be amended by appropriating cash in
the Firefighting Equipment Fund to the budgeted account within the
Firefighting Equipment Fund in the following amount:
Section 1. Appropriate to the Firefighting Equipment Fund
Account No. 107/522.20.64 7,702.34
Section 2. The City Council finds that an emergency exists with
regards to the passage of this ordinance and that it should be passed
immediately and published as required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, and
approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof this 16th day
of December, 1974.
