Before the foreclosure, there were liens against the property by a number O - of contractors that had worked on the project, including the contractor that had installed the water and W H . sewer lines. = U • H F- Prior to purchasing the property, we also received water and sewer availability letters from Val Vue and - Z 0 District #125, and were told that the services were available and no additional fees (other than the normal W { fees) would be required in order to hook up the houses. These availability letters and information were used U N by us to make our decision with regards to the purchase of the lots, and of course by The City to issue the r.: 1- building permits. We purchased the lots with clear titles, free of any liens or encumbrances. Z • . After we started construction of the homes, we approached Val Vue and District 125 about side sewer hook ups and meters. We were then told that the contractor that had installed the lines was claiming ownership of the lines and we would not be allowed to hook up unless we paid additional fees to the Districts for the 1 work done by the contractor. 0 We are currently trying to reach an agreement to end the dispute, so we can complete the homes. A trench shall be excavated, roughly 4 inches wide and 4 inches deep, upslope and adjacent to the wood posts to allow the filer fabric to be buried. D. When standard strength filer fabric is used., a wire mesh support post shall be fastened securely to the upslope side of the posts using heavy duty wire staples at least 1 inch long, wires, or hog rings. The wire shall extend into the trench a minimu of 4 inches and shall not extend more than 36 inches above the original ground surface E. The standard strength filter fabric shall be stapled or wired to the fence, and 12 inches or the fabric shall be extended into the trench. Fileter fabric shall not be stapled to existing trees. F. When extra - strength filter fabric and closer post spacing are used, the wire mesh support fenc may be eliminated. In such a case, the filter farbric is stapled or wired directly to the posts with all other provisions of stasndard note E applying G. The trench shall be backfilled iwth native soil or 3/4" 1.5" washed rock H. Filter fabric fences shall be removed when they have served their useful purpose, but not before the upslope area has been permanently stabilized. I. Filter fabric fences shall be inspected immediately after each rainfall and at least daily during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs shall be made immediately. J. Maintenance: Any damaged or clogged fence shall be repaired /replaced immediately. Sediment must be removed when the sediment depth is 6 inches or greater. If concentrated flows are evident uphill of the fence, they must be intercepted and conveyed to a sediment trap or pond.
