ORDINANCE NO. 907
ORDINANCE CLOSING OUT THE PARKS AND RECREATION
FUND EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 1974 AND TRANSFERRING
ALL UNEXPENDED FUNDS TO THE CURRENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Fund has certain
unexpended funds, all of which should be transferred to Current
Fund, thereby making it possible for the Parks and Recreation
Department to be established in the 1975 Budget within the
Current Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That effective December 31, 1974 all unexpended funds in
the Parks and Recreation Fund shall be transferred to the Current
Fund and the Parks and Recreation Fund shall be closed out effective
December 31, 1974.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this kik day of December, 1974.
