ORDINANCE NO. 903
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 891
RELATING TO LID NO. 19.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 891 be amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. The assessments and assessment rolls as
amended by deletions of portions of property owned by Helen Nelson
of Local Improvement District No. 19, which has been created and
established for the purpose of installing sanitary sewer later-
als and trunks, all in accordance with City standards, within
the corporate limits of the City of Tukwila, as provided by
Ordinance No., be and the same are hereby in all things and
respects approved and confirmed in the total amount of $120,354.27.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting
thereof this /5)0 day of ke 1974.
