ORDINANCE NO. 899

ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 882 AND
RESOLUTIONS NOS. 448 and 449.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Resolutions Nos. 448 and 449, estab-
lishing a Marine Safety Division for the City of Tukwila and
authorizing the Fire Chief to purchase equipment for the Marine
Safety Division be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 882 establishing funds
for equipping the Marine Safety Division in the amount of $20,000.00
be and the same is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
