Corrective Action: Provide landscaping plan for approval. Attached is information regarding soil prep and suggestions for plants. Provide 10 feet of landscaping along the front property line. The proposed landscaping shall include trees,shrubs and ground cover. Provide permanent irrigation to landscaping area.
