ORDINANCE NO. 896 9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19.36 OF
THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING THERETO A SECTION AUTHORIZING THE
BUILDING DIRECTOR TO ISSUE CITATIONS TO
VIOLATORS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Chapter 19.36 of the Tukwila Municipal Code be
amended by adding thereto the following:
19.36.020. Enforcing Officer. The Building,
Director is hereby authorized and directed
to enforce all provisions of this Code and is
directed to issue citations on the Washington
Uniform Citation and Notice to Appear form
to violators, ordering them to appear before
the Tukwila Municipal Court to answer such
charges.
