ORDINANCE NO. 894 1 7
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE PARKS AND
RECREATION FUND TO PAY THE COST OF PRO-
VIDING LIGHTS FOR THE TENNIS COURTS AND
PATHWAY APPROACHES IN THE TUKWILA PARK.
WHEREAS It is necessary to provide funds to pay the
expense of installing lights for the tennis courts and pathway
approaches in the Tukwila City Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That there be transferred from:
Contingency Fund
Acct. 105/519.80.41 10,000.00
To:
Parks and Recreation Fund
Acct. 101/533.20.63 10,000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof this
