ORDINANCE NO. 876
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CON-
TINGENCY FUND TO CURRENT FUND, FIRE DEPARTMENT
TO PAY ADDED COSTS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH
FIREFIGHTERS' LOCAL 2088, EFFECTIVE ON
SEPTEMBER 1, 1974, AND CREATING NEW BUDGET
ACCOUNT WITH REGARD TO ADDED BENEFITS AND
AMENDING BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 830.
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila has entered into a new contract
with Firefighters' Local No. 2088, effective September 1, 1974, and
WIIEREAS, Additional funds will be necessary to meet the
requirements of this new contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 830, adopting the 1974
budget, be amended to reflect an increase as set forth below in
the current fund Fire Department Accounts 011/522.20.13.06 and
011/522.20.13.07.
Section 2. That there be transferred from:
Contingency Fund,
Acct. No. 105/519.80.41 2,283.00
To:
Current Fund, Fire Department
Acct. No. 011/522.20.13.06 459.00
Acct. No. 011/522.20.13.07 1,824.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
