ORDINANCE NO. 875 1
ORDINANCE APPROVING AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT
WITH FIREFIGHTERS' LOCAL NO. 2088 TO PRO-
VIDE FOR A PROGRAM OF MEDICAL AND DENTAL
CARE.
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila has entered into an
employment contract with Firefighters' Local No. 2088 and
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila and Firefighters' Local
No. 2088 wish to amend the contract by including within the
terms of said contract provisions for medical and dental cover-
age,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the employment contract between the City of
Tukwila and Firefighters' Local No. 2088 be amended by adding
thereto a provision for medical and dental insurance coverage
as more specifically set forth in that certain document attached
hereto and designated as "Appendix B" and that Frank Todd,
Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting
thereof this s l;If m. day of August, 1974.
