WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila has previously adopted a six -year Comprehensive Urban Arterial Street Plan, pursuant to RCW 35.77, and WHEREAS, The City is required annually to review the work accomplished under the Plan and to determine current City street needs, and WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on the revised and ex e c%cl Six -Year Comprehensive Urban Artial Street Plan on Monday, June 24, 1974, at 7:00 P.M. in the Tukwila City Hall before the Tukwila City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and the public hearing on June 24, 1974, the attached documents, marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference, are declared and adopted as the Revised Six -Year Comprehensive Urban Arterial Street Plan. Section 2. This Ordinance and exhibit shall be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington within thirty days following its adoption as required by RCW 35.77. Section 3. This Ordinance and exhibit shall be sub- mitted to the Urban Arterial Board, as required by RCW 35.77.
