ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE, 1973 EDITION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Uniform Mechanical Code, 1973 Edition,
published jointly by the Internation Conference of Building
Officials and the International Association of Plumbing and
Mechanical Officials, three copies of which are on file in the
office of the City Clerk, regulating the erection, installation,
alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or
maintenance of, any heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration
systems, incinerators or other miscellaneous heat producing
appliances, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof
as though fully set forth in detail.
SECTION 2. Chapter 3 of the Uniform Mechanical Code,
1973 Edition, as adopted hereinabove, pertaining to permits and
inspection, is hereby deleted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting thereof
