ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
PLAN AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 251.
WHEREAS, The owners of certain real property described
in Exhibit A attached hereto have petitioned the Planning
CD
CD Commission to consider a request to amend the Comprehensive
CD Land Use Plan by changing the land use designation of the real
property described in Exhibit A from residential- agriculture
to industrial, and
WHEREAS, On January 31, 1974, a public hearing on said
request was held before the Planning Commission of the City of
Tukwila, and the City Council having received a favorable
recommendation from the Planning Commission with respect to
the aforementioned petition, and the City Council having held
a public hearing on said petition on March 25, 1974, and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds the requested classi-
fication to be in furtherance of the general welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 251 of the City of Tukwila, Washington, be
amended by designating industrial use for that property generally

lying in the extreme soliv6Wel5FFterliqy portion of the City of
Tukwila, legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit A
and the accompanying map attached hereto.
The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this
Ordinance with the County Recorder.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
Washington, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this A day of March, 1974.

That portion of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 35,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning
at the west quarter corner of said Section 35; running thence S87 °56'03"
E. along the east -west centerline of said Section 35, a distance of
960.0 feet; thence S53 °24'59" W. a distance of 727.57 feet; thence
S38 °42'02" E. a distance of 658.13' to the east margin of Primary State
HWY No. 1 (SR -5) as deeded under Auditors File No. 5517861; thence con-
tinuing S38 °42'02" E. a distance of 486.5 feet to a point on the north
of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Sec•c.ion 35, 100
feet N87 °57'17" W. from the northeast corner thereof; thence S4 °04' W.
parallel_ to the east line thereof 490 feet; thence N87 °57'17" W. par-
allel to the north line thereof to the easterly margin of Primary State
HWY No. 1 (SR -5) as deeded under Auditors File No. 6120867 a distance
of 920.63', to the intersection with a curve, the center of which bears
S80 °48'21" E. from said intersection and the True Point of Beginning;
thence northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 2960 feet
through a center angle of 1 °06'21" a distance of 57.14 fact; thence
N10 °18' E. along said margin a distance of :158.41 feet; to,a inter-
section with a curve on the margin of Primary State HWY No. 1 (SR -5)
as deeded under Auditors File No. 5517861, the center of which bears
N74 °03'07" W. from said intersection, thence northeasterly along said
curve having a radius of 3084.79 feet through .a central angle of
3 °21'53" a distance of 181.16 feet; thence S77 °25' E. a :iistance of
110.00 feet to a point 330 feet and radially from centerline Station
LW 2442 +33.2; thence along an arc of a spiral concentric
with the centerline_ of said HWY a distance of 317.2 feet more or less
to a point 330 feet measured at right angles from Station LW 2445 +33.3
on said centerline;: thence S80 °25' E. a distance of 370 feet; thence
south to a point which bears S87 °57'17" E. a distance of 590.0 feet
from the True Point of Beginning; then N87 °57'17" W. to the True Point
of Beginning.
Containing 12.7 Acres, more or less.
