YO I ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 251. WHEREAS, The owners of certain real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto have petitioned the Planning CD CD Commission to consider a request to amend the Comprehensive CD Land Use Plan by changing the land use designation of the real property described in Exhibit A from residential- agriculture to industrial, and WHEREAS, On January 31, 1974, a public hearing on said request was held before the Planning Commission of the City of Tukwila, and the City Council having received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission with respect to the aforementioned petition, and the City Council having held a public hearing on said petition on March 25, 1974, and WHEREAS, The City Council finds the requested classi- fication to be in furtherance of the general welfare, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as adopted by Ordinance No. 251 of the City of Tukwila, Washington, be amended by designating industrial use for that property generally S oy}h wes 4er l lying in the extreme soliv6Wel5FFterliqy portion of the City of Tukwila, legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit A and the accompanying map attached hereto. The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this Ordinance with the County Recorder.
