134\ SECTION 2.48.030 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL
CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Ordinance No. 548 and Section 2.48.030 of the
Tukwila Municipal Code be amended to read as follows:
Section 1. A Volunteer Fireman shall receive a fee
of $5.00 for each fire call he answers and a fee of $5.00 for each
practice he attends.
Section 2. Said fees shall be paid monthly upon
receipt of an itemized statement from the Fire Chief.
Section 3. The total of all fees paid to Volunteer
Firemen in a calendar year under the terms of this Ordinance shall
not exceed the appropriation allocated for fire call fees in the
annual budget.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this day of March, 1974.
