ORDINANCE NO. 828
REPEALED BY 1095
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Unauthorized Control Over Another Person's
Property.
It is unlawful knowingly to wrongfully obtain or exert
unauthorized control over, or to obtain by deception, control over
the property of another with intent permanently to deprive him of
said property.
Section 2. Anyone convicted of violating the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than
$500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by
both said fine and imprisonment.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 0?6 +h day of November, 1973.
