ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION CONTROL FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That there shall be established a Local Improvement
District Construction Control Fund into which all interim financing
funds will be deposited during the construction period for a
Local Improvement District. The control fund records shall be
kept in the office of the City Treasurer and the account shall be
designated: "Local Improvement District Construction Control
Fund No. 700."
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor this 26th day of November,
1973.
