ORDINANCE NO. 0 9
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
RE- ALLOCATE EXCESS SALES TAX REVENUE
RECEIVED IN 1973.
WHEREAS, Revenue from the City's portion of state sales
taxes for the year 1973 exceeded the amount anticipated, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to allocate the excess funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized
to allocate sales tax revenues received by the City of Tukwila
which are in addition to funds previously allocated from this
source as follows:
Fire Fighting Equipment Fund 46,700.00
City Shop Construction Fund 25,000.00
Fire Station Construction Fund 164,500.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
