AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1973 BUDGET AS
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 752, CREATING A FIRE
STATION CONSTRUCTION FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the 1973 budget as adopted by Ordinance No. 752,
be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be created a fire _station con-
struction fund to be used for acquiring a site and for construction
of a fire station to be known as:
Fire Station Construction Fund, Acct. 307/522.50.65.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from excess sales
tax revenue to be received in 1973 funds as follows:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor a regular meeting thereof
this .614 day of November, 1973.
