The person had an inspection it found two oil tanks. We agreed to remove them. Filco Company Inc. (206 -547 -8347) got a permit to remove the two oil tanks. They were actually gas tanks. When the hole got to be bigger than expected I came to City of Tukwila planning and told them at the front desk that we had a problem that the hole is much bigger because of the gas tanks. The front desk called someone and said to go ahead that they didn't need anything at that time. The hole became very big $125,000 worth and under minded part of the entrance of the building. PCL asked me if they could put a pump truck there I said that they could but there was a big hole in the ground that might be a problem for them. They said that they would take care of this. I told them that they needed a 2 foot footing then a tube going up to the post. Before I new it there was a 30 inch tube in the ground full of concrete. Then later they put a slab of concrete on top of it to fill the voids on the walkway.
