SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Mayor Mullet called the Special Meeting to order at 8:53 pm directly following Special Issues Item 4F from
the Committee of the Whole Meeting of the same night.
Christy O'Flaherty, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of the Council. Present were Dennis Robertson,
Council President, Councilmembers Joe Duffie, Joan Hernandez, Pam Carter, Jim Haggerton, Pam
Linder, and Verna Griffin.
Steven M. Mullet, Mayor; Rhonda Berry, City Administrator; Kevin Fuhrer, Finance Director; Jim Morrow,
Public Works Director; Diane Jenkins, Council Assistant; Christy O'Flaherty, Deputy City Clerk.
CONSENT AGENDA
Approval of Vouchers #327143 #327343 in the amount of $1,132,467.62
MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY HERNANDEZ THAT THE CONSENT AGENDA BE APPROVED
AS SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED 7 -0.
ADJOURN BACK TO COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
