A copy can be obtained at City Hall in the office of the City Clerk. 11: Ventilation is required for all new rooms and spaces of new or existing buildings and shall be in conformance with the International Building Code and the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code. 12: Water heaters shall be anchored or strapped to resist horizontal displacement due to earthquake motion. Strapping shall be at points within the upper one -third and lower one -third of the water heater's vertical dimension. However , I would be happy to talk with you about that matters ,we just stop the project about 4 months because of the wrong information that city hall gave us in the beginning of our project and later on we fund out that we need to solve that issues with city we still working on that we had plan to do the short plat and that was the reason we get those permit but now the plan is change and we waiting to get this things done first but I would like to keep my permit updated and have extension for longer times that we can pursue our plans .So I would be really appreciate if you just give us a extension until we solve our issues that has appears on onr plan .Thanks for your services .
