AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR
MISCONDUCT ON VEHICLES USED FOR PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
interfere with the operation of any vehicle used for public
transportation in the City of Tukwila, or to litter or mutilate
such vehicles, or to interfere with the comfort and security of
passengers on such vehicles, or the operator of the vehicle.
Section 2. Violators of this Ordinance, upon convic-
tion, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 and
in addition thereto may be imprisoned for not more than thirty
days.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and signed by the Mayor this 4 day of September, 1973.
