If the final quantity exceeds this amount, the developer shall be required to recalculate the final quantity and pay the difference in permit fee prior to the Final Inspection. 28: From October 1 through April 30, cover any slopes and stockpiles that are 3H: IV or steeper and have a vertical rise of 10 feet or more and will be unworked for greater than 12 hours. During this time period, cover or mulch other disturbed areas, if they will be unworked more than 2 days. Covered material must be stockpiled on site at the beginning of this period. Inspect and maintain this stabilization weekly and immediately before, during and following storms. 29: Prior to moving the building on -site, the property owner shall provide documentation from the King County Health Department concerning an on -site septic system and drainfield. This documentation shall indicate approval by the Health Department. The owner shall additionally be required to sign a No- Protest Sewer Agreement for future installation of public sewer system in the area. This Agreement shall be signed prior to the Final Inspection. 30: Driveways shall comply with City residential standards. Driveway width shall be a 10' minimum and 20' maximum. Slope shall be a maximum of 15 %. Turning radii shall be a minimum of 5'. 31: Driveways shall be paved for a minimum distance of 20' from the edge of the existing road pavement. 32: No storm drainage design was provided as part of the application submittal. See Section C.5.4, "Soils Report" (p. C -37), for details of soils report requirements. • To be used in infiltration systems on lots smaller than 22,000 square feet, soils must be either coarse sands or cobbles or medium sands. • Trenches and drywells are not allowed in fill materials except in engineered sand and gravel fill. See Section 5.4.1 of the Surface Water Design Manual for specifications for engineering and placement of fill materials. C.2.3.2 TRENCH REQUIREMENTS Figure C.2.B (p.0 -13) and Figure C.2.0 (p.
