AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #509, AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE #705, SECTION 1.,

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, do
ordain as follows:
That Ordinance No. 509, as amended by Ordinance No. 705,
dt onc1.72Meetings, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. Meetings.
A. Regular Meetings:
1. Time: The City Council shall meet regularly
on each Monday but the fifth Monday of each month at 8:00 p.m.
except that when one of these drs falls on a legal or national
haliday the Council shall meet on the following evening at the
same hour.
2. Place: Tukwila City Hall, Tukwila, Washington.
B. Work Meetings: Work meetings may be called by the

Mayor or two councilmen. Notification of such meeting s be
received by each Council member at leas+ three hours before the
designated time of the work meeting.
C. Special Meetings: Special meetings may be called by
the Mayor or two Councilmen by written notice with evidence of
receipt of said notice or evidence of attempt to deliver such
notice according to R.C.W. 35.18.170.
D. This Ordinance shall become effective Sept. 4, 1973.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, and
approved by the Mayor, this Aiehday of August 1973.
