ORDINANCE NO. 799 7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1973 BUDGET AS
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 752 BY APPROPRIATING
EXCESS REVENUES WITHIN THE CURRENT FUND TO
CREATE A NEW CURRENT FUND DEPARTMENT TO
PROVIDE SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR W.I.N.
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila shall receive certain
excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1973, and said funds being paid by means of
a grant through the Washington State Employment Security
Department on a reimbursement basis, and
WHEREAS, is is necessary and advisable to appropriate
such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund for the
aforesaid purpose and in connection therewith to create and
establish a new department within that fund for accounting
purposes, and such appropriation being necessary and in the
public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation:
FROM: Estimated Excess Revenue, Current Fund 11,145.00
UNTO: Current Fund, Work Incentive Program Dept. (W.I.N.)

014/552.30.13.01 PERS 669.00
014/552.30.13.04 Ind. Insurance 107.00
014/552.30.13.05 FICA 506.00
014/552.30.13.06 Medical 288.00
$11,145.00
SECTION 2. There is hereby created and established a
special department known as the "Work Incentive Program Department"
(W.I.N.) and to which shall be deposited all funds received from
the State of Washington Employment Security Department on a
reimbursement basis, in the implementation of such Work Incentive
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 6th day of August, 1973.
