ORDINANCE NO. 797 /1 7
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
LAND ACQUISITION AND BUILDING AND DEVELOP-
MENT FUND TO THE CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION
FUND.
WHEREAS, The City Council has ordered construction of
Phase 1 of the City Hall construction project, Phase 1 to consist
of the police facility, with a cost limitation of $150,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That there be a transfer of funds:
From:
Land Acquisition and Building Development Fund
Acct. 301/539.50.61.•01, Reserve $150,000.00
To:
City Hall Construction Fund
Acct. 306/510.00.65
Construction Projects $150,000.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor at
a regular meeting thereof this 6 day of August, 1973.
