ORDINANCE NO. 796
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WITHIN THE BUDGET
A. FUND DESIGNATED "CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION
FUND."
WHEREAS, The architect designated by the City to design
a City Hall has been directed to begin work on Phase 1 of the
City Hall construction, which shall consist of police facilities,
and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to have funds available to pay
the costs for said work, and
WHEREAS, This will require the establishment of a new
account in the City budget system,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That there be established a new budget account to be
designated No. 306, City Hall Construction Fund, with the follow-
ing designated sub section:
306/510.00.65 Construction Projects
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor
at a regular meeting thereof this 6•1fj day of August, 1973.
