ORDINANCE NO. 795
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE CON-
TINGENCY FUND TO THE CURRENT FUND
WHEREAS It is necessary to make funds available to
satisfy the liability of the City of Tukwila to the Washington
State Public Employees' Retirement System covering the years 1972
through December, 1973, with the remaining balance of said obliga-
tion to be determined at the time of the fixing of the 1974
budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That there be transferred from:
Contingency Fund
Acct. 105/519.80.42 3,166.43
To:
Current Fund non departmental
Acct. 009/519.90.42 3,166.43
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this &I'll day of August, 1973.
