ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISED AND EXTENDED
COMPREHENSIVE STREET PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RCW 35.77 AND ADOPTING NO CHANGES RE-
GARDING THE SIX -YEAR COMPREHENSIVE URBAN
ARTERIAL STREET PLAN.
WHEREAS, The City of Tukwila has previously adopted a
comprehensive street program pursuant to RCW 35.77, and is further
required to adopt a six -year comprehensive urban arterial street
plan, also pursuant to RCW 35.77, and
WHEREAS, THE City is required annually to review the
work accomplished under both of said plans and to determine current
city street need and
WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on the comprehensive
street program and on the extended six -year comprehensive urban
arterial street plan on Monday, August 6, 1973, at 8:00 P.M.
Pacific Daylight Time, in the Tukwila City Hall before the Tukwila
City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and the public hearing
on August 6, 1973, the attached documents, marked "Exhibit li"
and incorporated herein by reference, are declared and adopted as
the revised six -year comprehensive street program for the City of
Tukwila.
Section 2. Pursuant to RCW 35.77 and the public hearing
on August 6, 1973, during which the extended six -year comprehensive
urban arterial street plan was duly considered, there shall be no
changes at this time in that plan.
Section-3. This Ordinance and exhibits shall be filed
with the Director 'of Highways of the State of Washington within

thirty days after its adoption, as required by RCW 35.77.
Section 4. This Ordinance and exhibits shall be sub-
mitted to the Urban Arterial Board as required by RCW 35.77.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
