AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 752
WHICH ADOPTED THE 1973 BUDGET APPROPRIATING
EXCESS REVENUE TO THE FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
TRUST FUND.
WHEREAS, Federal shared revenue has exceeded the sum
anticipated at the time the 1973 budget was prepared and adopted
thereby necessitating an amendment of the 1973 budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.. That the item under Revenue Estimates
designated "Federal Shared Revenue" be increased by $108,755.63.
Section 2. That Account No. 199/519.80.64 be amended
by adding thereto the sum of $108,755.63.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 16th day of July, 1973.
