Most of roof repair works were done some times ago. However, continuing rainy days and freezing temperatures have delayed completion of works. We may still complete the work and call for final inspections prior to 2/20/08. However, I would like to request a 90 days extension from 2/20 /08 so that permits will still be valid in case of delay.
