O
AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM RA ZONING TO CM ZONING
WITHIN THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, Seattle City Light
the owner of the following described property having petitioned
the Planning Commission requesting re- classification of said
property from RA zoning to CM zoning in conformity
with the comprehensive plan, and
WHEREAS, On May 17, 1973 a public
hearing on said petition was held before the Planning Commission
of the City of Tukwila, and the City Council having received a
favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission with
respect to the aforementioned peter Liul, L:.E. y c' 1
having held a public hearing on said petition an July 2, 1973
and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds the requested classi-
ficiation to he in furtherance of the public health, safety
and general welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF mUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the real property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto is hereby classified as CM in accordance with
Ordinance No. 251 of the City of Tukwila, as amendea, and the
C'.ty Council hereby adopts the map attached to Exhibit A
as illustrative of the property described in Exhibit A.
Re zoning to CM is subject to the following conditions:
That Seattle City Light dedicate to the City of
Tukwila, without cost, necessary street right
of -way as well as adjacent easements for utilities.
That Seattle City Light agree to pay its equitable
share of the cost of public improvements in
connection with construction of the street and
utilities.

That Seattle City Light enter into a contractual
developer's agreement to run with the land certi-
fying agreement to these conditions.
The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this
Ordinance and map with the County Recorder.
